There are two ways to walk there. One is obvious, there's an overpass you walk across.

There's a second option that doesn't even require going over the overpass.

For this second route, follow these directions:

From The Westin Westminster walk towards the Ice Centre. On the north side of the Ice Centre walk across the bridge towards the AMC Westminster Promenade 24 Theater. Turn right at the theaters and walk towards Fat Cats Bowling Alley. When you’ve reached Promenade Drive North turn left and walk under the bridge. The shopping area on the west side of Highway 36 is Walnut Creek.
